Football & Cheerleading

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

In an effort to make our football and cheerleading programs a more desirable and rewarding experience for all participants, the NBJAA has designed a policy that requires all players, cheerleaders, Coaches, officials, team officials, administrators, and parents/spectators to maintain a sportsmanship and educational atmosphere before, during, and after all NBJAA sanctioned events. Thus, all officials and NBJAA officers will implement the following policy:

PARENTS/SPECATORS

Officials, Coaches, or NBJAA officers will stop the game when parents/spectators displaying inappropriate and disruptive behavior interfere with other spectators or the game. Violators will be identified to security for the purpose of removing parents/spectators from the viewing game vicinity. The game can be forfeited if the offending parent/spectator refuses to leave the spectating area. Once removed, play may resume. Forfeited games will not be made up and will reflect as a loss on the forfeiting teams record.

OTHER PROHIBITED CONDUCT INCLUDE

DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

SWEARING IN THE DIRECT VICINTY OF CHILDREN

VERBALLY ABUSING OTHERS

FIGHTING
